Renovation of a mixed-use development in Marietta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The central meeting location will be in the parking lot in front of the playground. The purpose of the conference is to review the specifications and familiarize the bidders with the scope of work. This conference is mandatory and only registered attendee's bids will be accepted. Contract if and when awarded will be on the basis of information contained in the Bid Documents and other information as requested. Bids must be valid for a period of sixty (60) days after proposal closing. City of Marietta reserves the right to award the work on whatever basis is in the best interest of the City and to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities in the bids. The City of Marietta wishes to paint several parts of the Laurel Park Playground. Painting will be performed using an electrostatic method of paint application. The following specifications outline the procedures and materials for the electrostatic application. Bids will only be accepted for electrostatic painting. The Contractor shall pay the Owner the sum of $ 50.00 per day .
