1. Construction of a new chemical building to house the following chemical storage and feed systems: on-site sodium hypochlorite generation, chlorine dioxide generation, liquid lime, aluminum sulfate, orthophosphate, and fluoride 2. Construction of a new raw water chemical building to house the following chemical storage and feed systems: liquid lime and algaecide 3. Construction of a new carbon dioxide storage and feed system adjacent to the new raw water chemical building 4. Construction of two new guardhouses for the main and maintenance entrances 5.
