FOB: Destination (Metropolitan Utilities District 3100 S. 61st Ave., Omaha, NE 68106) with freight prepaid and allowed Quantities shown on the bid form are estimated based on past volume and in no way indicates a firm quantity to be purchased. We reserve the right to buy similar items(s) from other vendors when the best advantage to the District is served. We maintain the right to terminate the contract on thirty (30) days written notice. Bids shall be good for acceptance for sixty (60) days after the bid opening date.
