Sealed proposals (bids) will be received by Tulsa Technology Center (TTC) School District No. 18, hereinafter referred to as "Owner", for a Job Order Contract (JOC) contractor to provide on call construction services for new construction, renovation, repairs and maintenance projects at all Owner locations. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, before time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Any party submitting a sealed proposal for the public facilities identified above shall be required to comply with all terms, conditions and provisions of the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974, as amended, OKLA. STAT. tit. 61, ~~ 101-135 (the "Act"). Furthermore, each Bidder may not withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening of bids. Contracts will be awarded and executed in accordance with the mandatory provisions of the Act. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
