Locations listed in Base Bid are locations for maintenance pavement marking on existing roadways. Work for Base Bid can begin May 2, 2022 and must be completed by July 1, 2022. Contractor will provide pavement marking services, for Base Bid, approximately 204,437 lineal feet of double solid yellow, 82,760 lineal feet of single dashed yellow, 61,155 lineal feet of solid/dashed yellow, 87,052 lineal feet of double solid white, 23,416 lineal feet of single solid white, and 41,150 lineal feet of single dashed white line striping on various City streets and roads as listed in the table of striping quantities. This work is considered maintenance striping work (i.e. existing lines being repainted). The City plans to provide the alternates, but in the event that the City is unable to provide the painting, a price is being requested from the Contractor to be include in the agreement.
