Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Trumann, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Trumann, Arkansas is interested in acquiring the services of an architectural/engineering firm to provide the necessary services to design and construct a new central fire station facility, other various improvements, and related facilities. The project is proposed to be funded by Arkansas Rescue Plan Act Funds (ARPA) USDA Rural Development, and various other possible funding sources. Procedures for selection of an architectural/engineering firm will be in accordance with procurement requirements of the State of Arkansas along with the Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program. This contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938, The Work Hours Act of 1962, and The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. The Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply. The uniform Grant Guidance including the Domestic Preference provisions 200.322 apply to the project. Registration and good standing in the System for Award Management (SAM) will be required prior to contract execution. Trumann is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
