CITY OF NORTH LAS VEGAS WRF FLOW EQUALIZATION BASIN BID NO. 1649 LABOR COMMISSION NO. PWP-CL-2022-110 The City of North Las Vegas (City) is requesting bid proposals for the above-reference Project. SCOPE OF WORK: Installation of a flow equalization basin and appurtenances at the City's Wastewater Reclamation Facility (WRF). The Project shall be completed within five hundred (500) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is $7,500,000 to $8,400,000. The 1% Contractors List as presented in the Bid Proposal may be provided with the Bid, or will need to be provided within 2-hours of the City's email notification of the three (3) apparent low bidders. Furnishing as necessary proper equipment and machinery, of a sufficient capacity, to facilitate the Work and to handle all emergencies normally encountered in Work of this character. 8. Furnishing, installing, and protecting all necessary guides, track rails, bearing plates, anchor and attachment bolts, and all other appurtenances needed for the installation of the devices included in the equipment specified.
