1) Scope of structure respondent to build or assemble on site: o Size of Structure 40'x 64'x16' o 8 windows approximate size 36"x 36" o Roof shingled o Siding to be Steel with wainscot on all sides with standard trim (color to be determined) o Overhang: (12 inch) all sides o Number of Service Doors: 2 @ 36" o Two Overhead Garage Doors (Width and Height): 14'x14' and 8'x8' o Minimum 2" closed foam insulation in walls and 5.5" open cell in ceiling with appropriate vapor barrier o Steel interior walls and ceiling white with all necessary trim. 2) Site prep work o Site clearing and preparation adjacent to the AHS auto fenced area. Approximately 90'x 90' o Clean up and fill to appropriate grade for topsoil (topsoil not included) 3) Concrete o Concrete slab and footing to meet all local building requirements. o All 3 bids must include the cost of any state and local permits delivery and installation.
