**As of May 11, 2022, project was awarded to El Grande Industries Inc, awarded amount is $84,645.25** CONTRACT 2022-3 2022 Paving Program APPROXIMATE 135 Tons 9.5 mm Superpave Wearing Course QUANTITIES 350 Tons 25 mm Base Course 1,530 S.Y. Subbase (2) 350 C.Y. Class 1 Excavation Proposals must be on the forms furnished and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to the Municipality. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond. Bids over $100,000 are subject to the PA Prevailing Wage as established by the PA Department of Labor and Industry. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual bid opening thereof.
