DEMING-22-06 KINGDOM OF THE SUN METER LOOP REPLACEMENT PROJECT NOTICE TO BIDDERS KINGDOM OF THE SUN METER LOOP REPLACEMENT PROJECT CITY OF DEMING, NEW MEXICO Notice is hereby given, that sealed Bids for the project "KINGDOM OF THE SUN METER LOOP REPLACEMENT PROJECT, BID NO. 22-06" will be received by the City of Deming, 309 South Gold Avenue, Deming, NM 88030, until April 8, 2022, at 2:00 PM, Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after opening time will be returned unopened. Low bid award will be considered by City Council on April 19, 2022. For a complete copy of the bid package, prospective bidders are invited to contact Azucena Vargas at avargas@cityofdeming.org which will include contract documents that consist of the bid form and plan set. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for the project. The Owner reserves the right to reject or accept any bid, to waive any defects, formalities or technicalities. All bids may be held for thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of bids. A bid not submitted in accordance with the bid form and associated documents provided for this purpose, will be considered non-responsive, and the Owner reserves the right to reject any bid so submitted.
