Renovation of an educational facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project is comprised of but not limited to demolition of existing biology lab (existing ceilings, walls, casework, floor slab, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and provision of new biology lab fit-up (spray applied fireproofing, walls, ceilings, floors, plumbing, electrical, new casework, etc.) per architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and specifications. A security deposit in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the total tendered price must accompany your Tender submission. These tender documents are issued in compliance with the Province of New Brunswick's Crown Construction Contracts Act (CCCA) as well as the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
