The project is located in Mosquero, NM and includes approximately 294 LF of roadway reconstruction. The reconstruction is to include excavation, subgrade preparation, base course, asphalt surfacing, curb and gutter, rip rap and miscellaneous items to provide a complete and functional project. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to adjust quantities included in the Bid Schedule as necessary to provide a complete project with the available funding. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website.
