Renovation of an educational facility in Washington Terrace, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Q & A deadline: Apr 07, 2022 3:00:00 PM EDT Liquidated damages of $200.00 per day will be applied if project is not completed by end date Project includes, but is not limited to mechanical work involving the demolition of the existing steam boiler, heat exchangers, steam and condensate piping, heating hot water piping, pumps, domestic water heating equipment and tanks. The project also includes, but is not limited to electrical work involving the demolition of the existing electrical systems serving the boiler, pumps, mechanical equipment etc. and the installation of new conduit and conductors, variable frequency drives and disconnects for serving the new boilers, and pumps. Attached are the specification for this project. All specifications must be met. The Board of Education, Weber School District, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes or any portion thereof and to waive any abnormalities during the bidding process as the District deems to be in their best interest. Low bid is no way binding upon our district and final selection and honoring of the bids will be made by our office. Description: Lump sum cost of Boiler Replacement. Delivery location: T.H.
