The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Demolition of existing elements; Installation of a new storm sewer system; Construction of roads in the various sectors; Expansion of a parking area; Construction of a new access ramp for people with reduced mobility; Construction of a slab for containers; Construction of a concrete porch; Replacement of a section of foundation drain, waterproofing of a section of the foundation and repair of cracks; Relocation of a lamppost; Installation of curbs and sidewalks; Repair of the backs; Parking markings.
