The Project includes the following Work: Converting about 470' of the two-way left-turn lane along Mullan Avenue into left-turn-only lanes via median curbs and installing a median island and a driveway island on southern access. Work includes asphalt and concrete repaving, concrete curbs and islands, signing, striping, and traffic control.
