Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mount Sterling, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Brown County Community Unit School District - Roof Replacement All bidders are required to prequalify to the requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. This project is approximately 100,000 sf in size. Three base bids will be taken: A: Overlay of existing metal with new metal roof including rigid insulation. B: Tear off of existing metal roof and replacement and supplement of blown-in insulation. Overlay of existing metal with new metal roof including metal sub-purlins. Two alternate bids will be taken for work at Brown County Elementary School: A-1: Overlay of existing metal with new metal roof including rigid insulation. C-1. Overlay of existing metal with new metal roof including metal sub-purlins.
