Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Project Location: 4032 Indian Mound Road and 1395 Osborne Road, Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. Project consists of two separate project bid scopes. Bidders may bid on one project or both projects. 1. Scope #1 - Botts Park - Construction of a masonry free standing restroom pavilion, and associated site utilities. 2. Scope #2 - EZ Walker Park - Construction of a new children's playground including playground equipment, play surface and site connection walkway. This playground will accommodate mobility-impaired users. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five percent (5%) percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
