The following: Contract #1 3,000 Gal. of Rubberized Crack Seal (PUB 408 Section 469) 9,721 SY of Ultra Thin Friction Course (PUB 408 Section 483) Contract #2 32,644 SY of Double Bituminous Seal Coat (PUB 408 Section 470) Contract #3 200 SY of Base Repair 5" 19mm 0-.3 ESALS PG-64-22 SRL "M" 1,344 TNS of 9.5mm 0-.3 ESALS PG-64-22 SRL "M" Bidders required to be PennDOT prequalified in Code "F", proof required with bid submittal. Prevailing wages apply to Contract #3. Contractor required to contact Township prior to submitting bid to review project at 610-987 3423. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $850.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Township. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Oley Township. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
