Site work and paving for a road / highway in East Fishkill, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Each Bidder must furnish, with his Bid, Bid Security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. This security may be in the form of a certified check payable to the "Town of East Fishkill", a bid bond, or cash. In addition, each Bid must be accompanied by a properly executed non-collusion affidavit. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within forty-five (45) days of the bid opening. This Contract is subject to the prevailing wage determination made by the New York State Department of Labor. The Town of East Fishkill reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities therein, or to award the Contract to any Bidder if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town to do so. The work required under this Contract consists of furnishing all supervision, labor and personnel, material, equipment and ancillary support necessary to complete the work described within these specifications. In general, this work consists of the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Route 52 and Auditorium Drive.
