Meredith Drive Preservation - West of 104th Street: Pcc and Hma Patching at Various Locations Along Meredith Drive Between 121st Street and 104th Street; Pcc Patching Along 121st Street Between Douglas Avenue and Approximately 300 Feet North of Meredith Drive; Hma Overlay of Meredith Drive From 114th Street to 104th Street. Jurisdiction of City of Urbandale Public Improvement Project Approximately 12,000 SY of Full-Depth Patching Approximately 800 SY of Partial-Depth Patching Approximately 6,500 TON of HMA Overlay Approximately 1,500 SY of 10-Foot PCC Trail Related items including railroad coordination, removals, restoration, traffic control, erosion control, and survey. Contractor shall fully complete the project by September 20, 2024. Work on the improvement shall be commenced immediately upon approval of the contract by the Council, and be completed asstated below. The bid security must be in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount including all add alternates (do not deduct the amount of deduct alternates) The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price Estimate: $2,500,000
