Questions Due Date: Apr 15th 2022, 2:00 PM CDT The project, Shaddock Creek Lane mini-roundabouts, includes, grading, grading, paving, lighting, pavement markings, signing, irrigation, and landscaping for the Thomasville Lane and Southbury Lane intersections. Additionally, a median will be added as a traffic calming measure between Old Saysbrook Lane and Stone House Lane. Paving work must be complete and all lanes must be open to traffic within 90 calendar days. Liquidated damages will be assessed after 90 calendar days if CONTRACTOR fails to meet this requirement. Estimate of Probable Cost Range: $221,000 to $282,000 The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or formalities. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the price of the bids, the OWNER reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid. Unreasonable or unbalanced unit prices will be considered sufficient cause of rejection of any bid or bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
