Questions and issues relating to the RFQ must be directed to the procurement specialist. It is preferred that questions be e-mailed to the procurement supervisor at Amber.willis@oa.mo.gov.All questions and issues should be submitted no later than ten calendar days prior to the due date of the bids. If not received prior to ten days before the bid due date, the Division of Facilities Management Design and Construction may not be able to fully research and consider the respective questions or issues. The Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, for the convenience of the State of Missouri, without penalty or recourse, by giving written notice to the contractor at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the effective date of the termination.
