The RM of Happy Valley #10 is now accetping tenders for a Enviromantal Site Assesment for the decomissioning of their lanfill. This will also include an Environmental Site Assessment. The Environmental Site Assessment will be conducted according to the Site Assessment Chapter of the Saskatchewan Environmental Code. Items to be addressed include, but are not limited to, the following: - Characterize the geological and hydrogeological conditions of the region/site - Identify any substances of potential concern - Identify potential pathways and receptors - Delineate and leachate plume - Asses any off site impacts - Complete NCSCS score sheet The Environmental Site Assessment must be submitted to the ministry for review and approval no later than November 18, 2022 For further information please contact Michelle at the R.M. of Happy Valley No. 10 office at (306) 267- 4540 The R.M. of Happy Valley No. 10 reserves the right to reject and refuse any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted.
