Tenders will be accompanied by a check bearing the minimum amount of 10% of the total value of the tender or a tender bond of the same amount valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days. In addition, the tender must be accompanied by a letter of intent issued by an insurance company certifying that it will issue a performance bond and a bond for wages, materials and services, each for a value of 100% of the amount of submission. Tenders must also be accompanied by a copy of an attestation from Revenu Quebec dated less than 90 days from the date the tender was opened.
