The proposed work is generally described as follows: Constructing SCADA improvements, rehabilitation, and enhancements of the Southeast Treatment Plant, Medicine Park Treatment Plant, and Water Distribution Telemetry System. The project delivers new SCADA equipment, PLCs, and network architectures at both water treatment plants. The project also rehabilitates the water distribution system RTUs and wireless telemetry system, replacing the outdated radios with newer point-to-multipoint subscriber technology. This project scope may also include a long-term instrumentation and controls support contract beyond the substantial completion date.
