The Contractor shall supply and install 93m of 150mm of subdrain and a 600mm x 600mm catch basin according to the drawing detail. The Contractor shall supply and install 258m of 50mm watermain CSA #100 U/G polypipe including valves and fittings. The Contractor shall supply and install 8 faucets to match existing faucets from Phase I construction. The Contractor shall price out the grading of approximately 8,650 sq. m. of land as per attached drawing and perform the work if decided upon by the City. Care shall be taken to protect all adjacent property and utilities from damage. Remaining debris and excess fill shall be removed from site and taken to the Deloro landfill. The ground surface shall be left in a clean condition suitable for immediate use.
