A. Coordinating all work described herein with the Owner and/or Maintenance Department. B. Taking all field dimensions and observing existing conditions to determine scope of work for a complete and satisfactory walk-in cooler/freezer installation. C. New Work Phase: 1. Addition to sidewalk as indicated on drawing. Refer to drawing Sheet FS1.1 for additional requirements. 2. Furnishing, delivery, and installing all equipment and components specified herein to meet project requirements. 3. Furnish and install one (1) dry well for new cooler/freezer condensate drain lines from evaporator coils where shown on drawings. Refer to drawing detail on Sheet FS1.1 for additional requirements. 4. Furnish and install new refrigerant lines for new cooler/freezer refrigeration system including necessary building and walk-in penetrations. 5. Furnish and install all necessary electrical field wiring, conduit, electrical panels, and circuit breakers by a licensed electrician to meet project requirements and applicable electrical codes to the satisfaction of Terrebonne Parish Council on Aging. 6. All components required for a complete assembly to serve intended function when connected to electrical services by this contractor. 7. Furnishing and mounting of all electrical starting switches, controls, light fixtures, and receptacles included in Itemized Equipment Specifications or as required for operation of equipment specified herein. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
