This proposal will be specific to the Second Floor of the Police Station only and will also include repairs or replacement of stairs in the West staircase (from Basement to Second Floor). 2. Contractor to furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary for all prep work and operation, including but not limited to those necessary for the movement of personnel, equipment, supplies, removal, installation and delivery of new flooring/carpeting to the project site and incidentals to the project site for contractor to perform and undertake the work on this project and for expenses incurred prior to beginning work on this project. This includes all construction costs, including insurance and bonds.
