Renovation of a library in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Introduction: GLY would like to formally request interested parties to submit pricing for the buildout of the UW's new offsite book storage at their Sand Point facility. Scopes we are currently looking to have priced include Division 02 - Demolition, Division 06 - Casework, Division 08 - Doors, Frames, & Hardware, Division 09 - Framing & Drywall, Division 09 - Acoustical Ceiling Tile, Division 09 - Flooring, Division 09 - Painting, and Division 10 - Toilet Partitions Overview: Project scope includes renovation of approx. 15,000 SF in Allen Library 1st Floor for temporary use by the UW iSchool program. Renovation includes construction of new offices and finish upgrades to the existing space.
