Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Vernon (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Professional Services as further described in the Part A: The Services. The City is seeking a qualified team of professionals to complete a Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) for the Greater Vernon Recreation Centre herein referred to as the Recreation Complex, as set out in the 2018 Recreation Master Plan. The FCA must include aspects of mechanical, structural, civil, and electrical design. The Report will document the current condition of the facility; identify any deficiencies; provide recommendations and priorities for improvements required to maintain or extend the life expectancy of the Recreation Complex and a proposed 10-year capital plan that addresses immediate and long-term needs. Any questions regarding the project are to be directed through Electronically.
