The Center de services scolaire de la Rivière-du-Nord wishes to obtain bids in sealed envelopes for the conclusion of a service contract for the supply and installation of computer cabling for CSSRDN establishments.

INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS:
This public tender is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements, which form an integral part of the tender documents:
1) Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO);
2) Quebec and New Brunswick Agreement (AQNB);
SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT TO THE PUBLIC BODY:
The tenderer must refer to the procedure which is accessible on the website of the Center de services scolaire de la Rivière-du-Nord at: www2.csrdn.qc.ca/a-propos/appels-doffres The deadline for submitting of a complaint in connection with this call for tenders is set for April 11, 2022.
OPINION :
The School Service Center does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, without compensation or any other form of liability towards the tenderers. Subject to the provisions of the Regulation respecting service contracts of public bodies.
