The Lubbock County Hospital District will receive Competitive Sealed Proposals for the following University Medical Center project: UMC NEURO MSICCU PEDIATRIC RELOCATION RENOVATION University Medical Center (UMC) is soliciting COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS for the renovation of the 2nd floor main hospital and the 3rd floor of the East Tower. You are invited to submit a proposal for furnishing of all labor, materials, services, and equipment necessary for and incidental to the work as called for on the Drawings and in the Project Manual. B. A contract will be awarded based on which proposal offers the best value to the Owner for the Project after the evaluation and ranking of proposals as described in the Instructions to Proposers. C. Estimated Construction Budget: $6,800,000 The Scope of Work for this project includes the relocation and renovation of the following spaces within the Main Hospital and the East Tower: a. Main Hospital - 2nd Floor: 32,545 S.F. complete renovation moving Neuro and MSICCU from the East Tower to the 2nd floor of the Main Hospital. b. East Tower - 3rd Floor: 38,400 S.F. light renovation moving the Pediatric unit from the Main Hospital to the 3rd floor of the East Tower. c.
