Hylland | david.hylland@yumacountyaz.gov This RFQ is being issued pursuant , under which the Owner may procure CMAR services. All SOQs submitted will be made available for public inspection after the award has been made except to the extent that the Respondent has requested, and the Owner concurs, that certain information remains confidential. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all SOQs or any part thereof, and to waive any formality or informality in any SOQ as deemed by the Owner to be in the best interest of the Owner, or to decline to enter into a contract with any of the applicants. The Owner reserves the right to extend the time for submission of responses by notification to all parties known to have received a copy of this RFQ, and by such other notice as the Owner may deem appropriate. This RFQ shall not commit the Owner to enter into any agreement to pay any expenses incurred in preparation of any response to this request, or to procure or contract for any supplies, goods or services.
