The Project contemplated is located on the east side of Palmer Lane, approximately 0.5 mile north of State Highway 44 in Eagle, ID, within the property limits owned by Eagle Sewer District. The Project consists of installation of two new centrifugal pumps and required mechanical and electrical connections, installation of a gate actuator, new electrical equipment serving the new pumps and removal of existing fire suppression system. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) and insurance prescribed in the Bidding Documents. To perform Work under these Bidding Documents, Bidders and Subcontractors shall be licensed as Public Works Contractors in accordance with Idaho Code 54-1902 and shall obtain and hold such other licenses as required by Federal and local Laws and Regulations. Bids will be accepted from those Bidders only who, prior to the Bid opening, hold current licenses as Public Works Contractors in the State of Idaho.
