PURPOSE The purpose of this Quick Quote (QQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish and deliver nineteen (19) Lithonia Acuity product RSX2 LED P5 40K R3 MVOLT SPA NLTAIR2 IRHN DDBXD to Christopher Newport University, Facilities Management Department, 11 Sweetbriar Drive, Newport News, VA 23606. Unpacking and installation will be done by the University. SCOPE OF WORK (1) No equivalents will be accepted. (2) Detail in the quote, your earliest delivery time After Receipt of Order (ARO), which may, in the sole discretion of the University, affect the award of this Quick Quote. (3) Requirements for Quote Submission o Payment: Net 30 from receipt of product or invoice (whichever occurs last), or in accordance with expedited terms already on file with the University. o Items must be new and in original packaging. o Shipping cost is a separate line item.
