Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Elizabethtown, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for paving for a educational facility.
Work to include the removal of nearly all of the exterior windows throughout the entire school, two exterior door systems, all of the corridor lockers in the school, all of the lockers in both locker rooms, all existing fire alarm related items - pull stations, horn/strobes, fire alarm control panel, etc., partial demolition of existing asphalt drive. New work to include the installation of new aluminum window systems, two new door systems, new recessed and wall mounted corridor lockers, new free standing and wall mounted athletic lockers, new fire alarm pull stations, heat detectors, horn/strobes, control panel, etc. new asphalt drive. Corresponding Electrical Systems will also be included.
