Renovation of a municipal facility in Carson City, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The State requires any responding vendors to also submit pricing for installation and will require the awarded vendor to agree to the State's standard contract for services for any on-site work that will be completed. The State's standard contract can be found on the attachments tab. Vendors do not need to sign and return the contract with their bid, but need to be aware that it will be required before any orders/work will be started. In lieu of a pre-bid conference, the State will accept questions via the Q&A tab. Deadline for submitting questions is 12:00 PM on March 16, 2022. Answers to any questions will be posted in the form of an amendment on or about March 18, 2022. This bid is all-or-none. Any vendor bidding must also bid on the installation services (if more than set-in-place is required) and must comply with all requirements for providing services in the State of Nevada. Awarded vendor will be required to execute a contract with the using agency. A copy of the contract is on the attachments tab and is for informational purposes only at this time. Once an award is made, the contract will be executed between the using agency and the awarded vendor.
