The City of Sumner is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to provide full Construction Management Services for the 24th Street E Utility Relocation project, to include a Resident Engineer, construction inspection, construction administration/document control, and safety professional services. The City of Sumner reserves the right to amend terms of this "Request for Qualifications" (RFQ), to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses. The City of Sumner reserves the right to retain the services of responsive firm(s) for subsequent phases associated with this project. Aspects of this project may be subject to WA State Prevailing Wage rules, filings and requirements. The estimated project duration is 130 working days with NTP expected in July 2022 The construction contract estimate is $3.3 Million to $3.7 Million. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
