Renovation of a municipal facility in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of June 6, 2022, project was awarded to Kan Constracting Inc, but awarded amount is not available** If an electronic bid is submitted be sure to insert your state contractor's license number in the field provided when the bid with alternates amounts to $50,000 or more. Insert the number assigned by the designer to each addenda received (i.e. 1, 2, 3, etc.) or zero, if none, in the additional field provided. When the total Quote with alternates is $150,000 or more, do not submit a quote. If there are not any contractors who submit a quote for less than $150,000, then we will reissue this project as an IFB. The City has set a goal of 25% for participation of these said business concerns in all City-let contracts and/or purchases
