Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clifton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project is Passaic Valley Water Commission's concrete restoration contract where the Contractor is required to replace concrete roadway pavement, curb and sidewalk in areas disturbed by Commission activities. This work includes the excavation and disposal of any temporary surface, wet sawcutting and removal of curb and sidewalk to the nearest expansion joint, subbase preparation, form and concrete placement, finishing, form removal on an as needed basis. Work is located throughout the Commission's service area covering jurisdictions in Passaic, Essex, Hudson, Morris and Bergen Counties for the duration of the Contract. The majority of the work will be performed within the Commission's primary service area which includes the municipalities of Paterson, Passaic, Clifton, Prospect Park, Lodi and North Arlington and on occasion will include work in the High Crest and Post Brook service areas in West Milford. Each submission shall be provided on the standardized forms as supplied in the submission package and the said standardized forms shall not be modified or altered in any way. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Local Public Contracts Law N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq. as supplemented and amended; Ownership Disclosure Notice (P.L. 1977, c 33) N.J.S.A. 52:24.1 and Affirmative Action Requirements. (P.L. 1975 c 127) N.J.S.A. 10:5-32 in addition to other applicable State Laws. The Contractor shall submit any questions regarding the bid documents by Monday, April 4 at 3:00 P.M. to the project representative listed in the bid documents. The successful bidder for the Contract shall be required to comply with the prevailing local minimum wage rates as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor. Within the parameters established by the governing law, the Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive minor informalities or irregularities in the Proposals received and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder
