The Greater Portland Council of Governments (GPCOG), acting on behalf of various municipalities located in Southern Maine, is seeking bid proposals from qualified suppliers to provide the sale and delivery of Propane, K-1, #2, #3, #4, #6, and biodiesel "bioheat" heating fuels For the Contract Period 4/7/2022 through 3/12/2023 The Contractor must provide a report to GPCOG by April 12, 2023 that includes an itemized account of sales to each community, the quantities and unit prices for each item, and the total sales made to each Participant in the bid.
