Reference number : 1587898 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-11 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Saint-Nérée requires tenders for the repair work on Route Principale. The work includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of three (3) concrete culverts, the debonding of the existing pavement as well as the placement of a single layer of bituminous mix over an approximate length of 2,680 meters on the main road. Please note that as part of this work, the spraying of the surface will also be amended with clean stone. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the MRC de Bellechasse on March 28, 2022. The municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the municipality, at its sole discretion, and the municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council. A bid bond of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid.
