Site work and paving for a civil project in Chilton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work shall consist of urbanization of 1,500 feet of Irish Road south of Highway '151', construction two new roadways with utilities (Geiser Way 700'; Bessy Lane 600'), construction of two regional detention ponds, and other utility and grading work to facilitate the T.I.D. #6 project area. Portions of the project have an optional 2023 completion date No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 30- days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the Owner No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the City of Chilton in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15-days after the Notice of Award. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in Bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serves the interests of the City of Chilton.
