This Request for Quotations (the RFQ) is an invitation by the Corporation of the County of Northumberland (the County) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Minor Culvert Rehabilitation, as further described in the bid documents. Three culverts within Northumberland County require concrete repair work. Work for this project includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: site preparation, concrete removals, abrasive blasting of existing reinforcing steel, replacement of severely deteriorated reinforcing steel and forming, and pumping patch repairs.
