The City of San Antonio is seeking a qualified professional planning firm or other related consultant to facilitate a community planning process that culminates in the development of a multi-modal transportation, future land use, economic development, and urban design plan for the Bandera Road Corridor inside of Loop 410. This plan will be the second phase of the first corridor plan developed under the guidance of the SA Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan, which was adopted by City Council in 2016. The selected consultant will facilitate the planning process and public engagement efforts and develop the draft corridor plan based on the Comprehensive Plan (and other related plans) through public engagement. The Phase 2 plan content and format shall be consistent with that of Phase 1. Respondents may submit written questions concerning this RFQ to the Staff Contact Person listed below until 4:00 p.m., Central Time, on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. Questions received after the stated deadline will not be answered. All questions shall be sent by e-mail to: Gregory Desir, Procurement Specialist III City of San Antonio, Finance Department Purchasing Division gregory.desir@sanantonio.gov Questions submitted and the City's responses will be posted with this solicitation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
