The premium on such bond will be borne by the bidder and the bond will be drawn in favor of the North Hills School District. Project Begins: June 6, 2022 Project Ends: June 17, 2022 The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, reject any non-responsive bids, reject any bid not accompanied by the required bid security or by other data required by the bidding documents, or reject a bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular. It is the intent of the District to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder provided the bid has been submitted in accordance with the bid documents and does not exceed the funds available as determined by the Board of School Directors.
