The deadline to submit technical questions is Thursday, 31 March 2022 at 11:00 a.m. CST via email to jennifer.lopez.18@us.af.mil and misty.wilcox.3@us.af.mil. 1.1 Background Multiple systems and structures of Building 147 at Joint Base San Antonio - Chapman Training Annex (JBSA-CTA) have severely deteriorated over several years. Key building foundation systems show evidence of significant differential movement. Damage to the foundation and sub- floor requires repair. The elevator and egress stairs on the South half of the building require replacement due to foundation movement. 1.2 General Scope The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and other requirements necessary to renovate Building 147 at JBSA-CTA.
