Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lanigan, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for the construction of a 9,000-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The work includes: .1 Construction of a new water park amenities building, complete with grade beam and pile foundation, structural slab, masonry structure, wood trusses, and assorted interior and exterior finishes; .2 Furnishing and fixtures within the building; .3 Electrical and mechanical equipment for building systems, as well as connections to pool equipment; .4 Utility connections to the facility, including water and sewer, as well as coordination of power, communications, and gas; .5 Miscellaneous site work, including site grading, asphalt parking lot construction, site concrete, landscaping, irrigation, and fencing; .6 Coordination and construction sequencing with the pool vendor (pool construction is not included in this contract), including provision of temporary power during construction; .7 Clean-up of site; .8 Repair of defects for one year after completion of the work. General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the Office of the Consulting Engineer. Hardcopies are also available for a deposit of $150.00, which will be refunded provided that the documents are returned in good condition within 10 days of closing of Tenders. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10 %) of the Tendered Amount.
