Renovation of a municipal facility in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The successful proposer must indemnify and hold the County harmless throughout the contract. The successful proposer must also provide workers compensation and liability insurance during the term of the contract. Any addenda issued providing additional information will be posted on the County website. No questions or request for additional information will be accepted after 4:30 p.m., April 19, 2022. The County reserves the right to waive informalities in any proposal, to reject any or all proposals with or without cause, and/or accept the proposal, that in its judgment, will be in the best interest of Bradley County.
