A list of planholders can be obtained upon request. This information will be available up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled bid opening time. After that deadline, no information pertaining to the project will be given. The general prevailing rate of wage for the Peoria area shall be paid for each craft or type of worker needed to execute this contract or perform this work as required by the State of Illinois Department of Labor. Additionally, it is required that provisions of the Illinois Preference Act, the Illinois Drug Free Workplace Act, and the Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works Act must be adhered to. Bidders are also advised that contract documents for this project include the non-discrimination, equal opportunity and affirmative action provisions in the Human Rights Act and rules and regulations of the Department of Human Rights.
